The program is delivered in an intensive format, where entrepreneurs complete 5 units of workshop at a time over a five-to-six-week period. The essence of the programme encompasses a deep understanding of lean start-up, market study and research, marketing strategy, shareholding structure, financing, but you’ll also learn how to lead teams in a digital world, harness big data, leverage the power of creativity and explore the nature of complex systems.
